Scheduling:
During the summer, parties are offered: Mondays starting at 12:30pm, Thursdays starting at 7:00pm, Fridays starting at 10:00am, 12:30pm, 3:00pm and 5:30pm.
During the school year, parties are offered: Fridays starting at 1:00pm, 3:30pm and 6:00pm, Saturdays starting at 12:00pm, 2:30pm and 5:00pm and Sundays starting at 10:30am, 1:00pm and 3:30pm.
Cost: 2 hours of fun for $70.00! Limit of 15 children!!
Activities:
Our parties consist of an 1 ½ hours of supervised fun in the gym followed by 30 minutes in the lobby for your choice of activities, such as opening presents or having cake and ice cream. While in the gym, our party coach will help the kids on the balance beam, bars, mini tramps and even a few gymnastics skills, like cartwheels and flip-flops. The kids will also get free time in our foam pit. We also do games by request.
Party Leaders:
Party activities are planned and supervised by the Three Rivers Gymnastics instructors who have experience in coaching and working with children.
Supplies:
A table and chairs will be set up in the lobby for you. Decorate as you wish. The parents supply all refreshments.
Parent Involvement:
Parents and other adult guests are not allowed to play on the equipment, but we invite all to stay for playtime and we ask parents to supervise the activities in the lobby.
Reservations:
A $20 non-refundable deposit is needed to hold your reservation. This should be paid within one week of reserving your party date. The remainder of the cost may be paid for on the day of the party. Without your deposit, reservations can only be held for one week after receiving this information. Please call if you change your mind about scheduling a party, so that someone else can use the time. If we do not receive a cancellation call 2 days prior to your party, you will be charged for the party.
Arrival:
As you arrive for your party, please wait in the lobby. Your party coach will come get you when it’s time for your party to begin.
Set Up:
The gym will be open 10 minutes before your party if you would like to set-up before guests arrive.
Post Party:
Please try to leave the lobby as you found it and remember to grab all of your belongings as you leave. The party coach will wipe down the tables, sweep the floors, and take out the garbage after you leave.
Also, make sure to watch the time – your party runs 2 hours long (1 ½ in the gym and 30 minutes in the lobby).
