Fitness

These classes are a great opporunity to burn off pent up energy after sitting at school or work all day. The classes focus on building muscle and burning calories, not teaching gymnastics.

During the 30-minute class, you will get a great cardio workout while toning your muscles at the same time.This is accomplished by different games: trampoline jumping, pit races, and more.

Classes are offered in 8 week sessions.

Adult Fitness – Ages 18 and up
This class is a great mixture on cardio, strength, and flexibility with a variety of exercises.

AF – 1 Mon 7:45 – 8:20 PM
AF – 2 Wed 8:15 – 8:50 AM
AF – 3 Wed 7:00 – 7:35 PM
AF – 4 Thu 7:15 – 7:50 PM
Kids Fitness – Ages 6-18 years old
This class is a fun way for kids to get fit through games while building strength and flexibility
KF – 1 Wed 3:30 – 4:05 PM
