If you do not meet
the fundraising goal by the end of the season, you will be
required to pay the difference (ex: you sell $125 in fundraising,
you will have to pay $175.
The fundraising year runs from June
1 through May 31.
Recrecational program gymnasts
Although it is completely appreciated when gymnasts
in the recreational classes sell for the fundraisers, to help
the gym, it is not required.
Value of Items for Fundraising
In order to simplify the process of tracking goals, 15% of
any sales made for fundraisers counts towards the fundraising
goal.
Work
Parents may volunteer for various things to earn credit towards
the fundraising goal. These activities include: Scoring at
meets, concessions, sleepovers, dances, boys parties, spag
feed, work days, etc. Your goal is reduced $3 per hour volunteered.
